Teresa (Tree) Lind
Metal Sculpture and Mixed Media
Teresa's love for metal casting started in her Sculpture 1 class at UW-Oshkosh. After graduating with a Drawing, Painting, and Sculpture degree, she moved to Florence, Italy to study for a short time. When she returned, she enrolled in UW-Milwaukee's graduate program in Sculpture and continued casting metal.
Since then, Teresa has participated in two Italian residencies, has showed her work locally, regionally, and nationally, and conducted iron pours all over Wisconsin. She currently teaches at UW-Whitewater and recently in the world famous foundry at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
Teresa's studio is in Chilton, WI where she has a small foundry and hosts iron pours attended by artists from all over the United States
